Editor of the Newsletter
Deirdre Cusack
I am a relative newcomer to the church, having
arrived in Kirkpatrick Durham in April 2008, after many years abroad with my
husband in various 3rd world countries, so editing the newsletter is a
wonderful way to get to know what is going on and to meet people.
My background is in nursing, I trained in Africa,
and have nursed there, in Saudi Arabia, in England and in Sri Lanka, mostly as
a theatre nurse. Having climbed the greasy pole of career to the top I
am now planning on refreshing my nursing certificate and reverting to being a
Go-fer - You, nurse, go for this, and go for that!
My passions are reading, writing, dogs, music and
singing, in no particular order. Oh, and my husband.
